Ithorian Garden Patty Bun

Ithorian Garden Patty Bun,[1] or simply Garden Patty Bun,[2] was a youngling's vegetarian dish served at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY.[3] The dish consisted of a plant-based patty served on a bun served with sauce, a carrot, and fruit.[1]

Behind the scenes

Ithorian Garden Patty Bun is one of the entrées sold to customers at the Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo food stall in Disneyland's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.[1] First simply named Garden Patty Bun, the dish was first offered in the fall of 2019[4] and changed to its new name shortly after.[5] It is not available at the Disney's Hollywood Studios version of Galaxy's Edge.[6] The menu describes the dish as, "bao bun, Impossible patty, roasted carrot, house sauce and a Cuties Mandarin."[7]
