The Internal Organization Bureau, abbreviated IntOrg, was a branch in the Galactic Empire's Imperial Intelligence organization. They operated IntSec, the service's internal intelligence department, and IntCon, the service's counterintelligence department.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Internal Organization Bureau was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in Dawn of Rebellion, a roleplaying supplementary sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying series that was published by Fantasy Flight Games in 2018.[1] IntOrg also existed in the Star Wars Legends continuity, being first mentioned in the 1989 Imperial Sourcebook, which was authored by Greg Gorden and published by West End Games.[2] IntOrg performed a similar role in Legends as it does in canon.[3]
