Insulated armor[1] was a type of clone trooper armor that provided protection against hot or cold conditions, and was similar in design to the armor used by 21st Nova Corps. Variants were used by both clone flametroopers,[2] who wore MK I and MK II "Hotspot" insulated armor[4], as well as clone cold assault troopers, who wore HT-77 Cold Assault Armor.[3]
