The Imperial Conquest Consolidation Corps, or the ICCC, was a division of the Imperial Army of the Sith Empire that was tasked with securing newly-conquered planets and unruly populations. During the Cold War, Colonel Vrain headed the ICCC, and Captain Rigel was assigned to the planet Balmorra.[1] The Sphere of Military Strategy controlled the ICCC.[5]
