Captain Rigel was a Human male who served in the Imperial Conquest Consolidation Corps of the reconstituted Sith Empire during the Cold War.^[1]

Biography

Stationed on Balmorra, he was looking for the best Sith, agents, and guns-for-hire in the galaxy in order to defeat the Balmorran resistance. He sent an Imperial individual to meet with Lieutenant Davrill.^[1]
