A supply base of the Galactic Empire was located on[1] the Outer Rim[2] world Imdaar during the Imperial Era.[1] In 0 ABY,[3] after the Rebel Alliance had destroyed the Empire's Death Star[1] superweapon,[4] it bombed the Imdaar supply base.[1]

In a meeting of Rebel Alliance leaders[1] later that year,[3] Princess Leia Organa stated her belief the Alliance was not doing enough in their fight against the Empire. In response, Admiral[1] Gial Ackbar[4] countered the statement, mentioning the base's bombing as an example of the Alliance's actions following the Death Star's destruction.[1]

Behind the scenes

The supply base was mentioned in the fourth issue of the 2015 comic series Star Wars. The issue was written by Jason Aaron and published by Marvel Comics[1] on April 22, 2015.[5]
