The Ikon system was a star system in the Expansion Region that was the location of an Alliance to Restore the Republic outpost established in 0 ABY.
It consisted of a red dwarf star named Ikon and an asteroid belt, and as of the months following the Battle of Yavin was being patrolled by the Imperial Navy. Princess Leia arranged for a turbolaser to be supplied to the Rebel forces located there.[3]
