- "She has betrayed our trust and tried to steal from the treasury."
- ―Queen Forsythia Jin, on Zel Gris
The Hynestian Royal Treasury was a storage vault in the royal palace of the planet Hynestia Prime.[1] It was used by the Hynestian royal family to store valuable artifacts.[2] In 382 BBY[3] during the High Republic Era, the Rod of Seasons, a Force artifact, was stolen from the treasury by the Children, operatives of the Path of the Open Hand cult. Treze, a member of the team, later compared the Royal Treasury's security to that of the Graf family compound on Thelj, believing that the team's upcoming job at the compound would be much easier.[1] During the Imperial Era, Zel Gris of Livno III stole the Solstice Globe from the treasury in an attempt to return it to her homeworld, where it truly belonged.[2]
