- "Septra is known for having abundant mineral deposits, including hynaxium and alercite."
- ―R-6
Hynaxium was a mineral found on the farming planet Septra. During the High Republic Era, the scientist Avon Sunvale used hynaxium to build artificial crystal matrices.[1] Around 160 BBY,[2] while on the starship Cantaros, Jedi Master Vernestra Rwoh told Jedi Knight Indara that the arms dealer Nilsson Summach, who the two were searching for, had facilities on Septra for manufacturing lightsaber nullifiers. Indara wondered why Summach would have manufacturing facilities on a farming planet, and the droid J-6 explained Septra was known for its abundant deposits of minerals such as hynaxium and alercite, adding that the information was among the semi-useless knowledge she had in her databanks due to being partially programmed by Sunvale. Rwoh then suggested that the scientist Florinda Jackard may have used hynaxium in the crystal matrices she had designed for Summach's lightsaber nullifiers, as she had previously studied under Sunvale.[1]

- ↑ The events of Star Wars: The Acolyte take place in 132 BBY per the reasoning here. Star Wars: The Acolyte: The Visual Guide establishes that Indara is fifty-four years old in The Acolyte and also states that she is twenty-six years old during the events of The Acolyte: Wayseeker. Therefore, the events of Wayseeker must take place around 160 BBY.
