Hold 6 was a cargo hold on Orca-class freighter, Freighter 2716. It contained a massive Kyber crystal and was guarded by Death trooper, DT-F16 and her squad.[2]

History

"Captain, rebels lead by Saw Gerrera have breached Hold 6 and taken posession of the cargo."

In 1 BBY,[1] DT-F16 and her squad of Death troopers were tasked with guarding a large Kyber crystal inside of Hold 6. The ship was boarded by Saw Gerrera, Ezra Bridger, Sabine Wren, and Chopper, who entered the cargo hold and began firing upon the Death troopers inside, forcing them to retreat. DT-F16 returned with reinforcements, but found that the cargo was gone; the rebels having moved to the engine room and set it to explode. Hold 6 was destroyed, along with the rest of Freighter 2716 when the Kyber crystal exploded.[2]

As "In the Name of the Rebellion" takes place shortly after Heroes of Mandalore, it can be assumed its events, which include the destruction of Hold 6, around 1 BBY.
