The history of podracing exhibition was an exhibition covering the history of the sport of podracing and included various podracers on display. The exhibition was held in a mezzanine room above a race-viewing gallery on the second floor of the concessions concourses, a building that made up part of the Grand Arena used for podracing in the city of Mos Espa on the planet Tatooine. A number of individuals viewed the exhibition during the Boonta Eve Classic podrace[1] held in 32 BBY.[2]

Behind the scenes

In the current Star Wars canon, the history of podracing exhibition was mentioned in the 2016 reference book Star Wars: Complete Locations. It was part of material reprinted[1] from the 2000 reference book Inside the Worlds of Star Wars: Episode I, which was written by Kristin Lund, illustrated by Richard Chasemore and Hans Jenssen, and marked the first mention of the exhibition in the Star Wars Legends continuity.[3]
