Heavy assault starfighter

A heavy assault starfighter was a type of starfighter used in naval warfare. The B-wing heavy assault starfighter was a series of heavy assault starfighters.^[1] The A/SF-01 B-wing starfighter could be outfitted with multiple laser cannons, torpedo launchers,^[2] or laser bombs^[3] and a composite-beam laser.^[4] The ARC-170 starfighter was a reconnaissance starfighter that was also considered a heavy assault fighter.^[5]
