Hail Nine

Hail Nine was the callsign assigned to the ninth pilot of the New Republic's Hail Squadron. During the Galactic Civil War, a male pilot was designated this callsign during a battle with the 204th Imperial Fighter Wing over the planet Chadawa, and was seen ejecting when his Y-wing was blown apart by a Raider-class corvette, according to fellow squadron pilot Jiona (Hail Ten).^[1]
