Biography
- "H1-0N… H1-0N, this is Jet Kordo… though I suspect you can't hear me anymore. I never meant for this to happen. The crew betrayed me and it didn't leave me much choice… I guess it's true that this job is not meant for friends. It's a lot easier to split the credits when it's just yourself."
- ―Jet Kordo to H1-0N
H1-0N was a droid that was active in the galaxy[2] sometime before 3 ABY.[1] During which H1-0N worked with the smuggler Jet Kordo on a heist targeting the Hutt Cartel along with the individuals Dorhal and Naist as well as the Rodian bounty hunter Raatha. On the day of the heist, Dorhal betrayed the crew by sending a message to the Hutts, informing them of the plan. A recording of the message that Dorhal sent ended up in possession of Kordo. Following the failed heist, H1-0N found Kordo over Dorhal's body in a Miyuki Trade League vault used by the crew on the Outer Rim moon Toshara.[2]
After informing H1-0N of the betrayal and claiming to be able to prove it, Kordo took H1-0N to another Miyuki vault used by the crew on the jungle planet Akiva. Once there, Kordo was unable to find the recording and ultimately realized that it must have been in the other Miyuki vault on Akiva. However H1-0N began questioning Kordo, reminding him that they had vetted Dorhal before the heist, before noticing that Kordo's bio metrics appeared unstable. Insisting that they were alright they told H1-0N to listen to the recording in the other Akivan vault before they left to meet with Raatha on the Mid Rim planet Kijimi. H1-0N later caught up with Kordo and Raatha at the group's sheltered vault on Kijimi. Within the vault, Raatha argued that she should get Dorhal's share from the job but Kordo pushed back by pointing out Raatha's failure to successfully cover the group. Despite H1-0N's efforts to calm down the argument, Raatha decided to leave, declaring that she would never work with Kordo again.[2]
Afterwards, H1-0N and Kordo visited their vault in the South Jundland Wastes on the desert planet Tatooine where they met up with an injured Naist. Naist refused H1-0N's offer to help with their injuries as they argued over their cut of the heist with Kordo. The argument heated up, and a struggle ensued which resulted in H1-0N being hit by a blaster bolt. Kordo's efforts to help H1-0N ultimately failed and Kordo took H1-0N's remains to the vault on Toshara. Kordo continued to talk to H1-0N in the vault expressing regret over what happened and stating that they should work alone going forward.[2]
In 3 ABY,[1] the scoundrel Kay Vess acquired the Trailblazer, Kordo's EML-850 light freighter, aboard her companion, a BX-series droid commando designated ND-5, discovered an message from Kordo which led the pair to the vault on Toshara. That year, Vess recovered a total of eight audio recordings from vaults on Toshara, Kijimi, Akiva, and Tatooine which detailed the fallout from the failed heist.[2]
