H1-0N: "Naist, let me assess your injuries."
Naist: "It's fine… just give me my cut and I'm out."
Jet Kordo: "Are you saying you didn't bring anything with you?"
Naist: "You kidding me now, Kordo? Does it look like I could have carried anything here? I'm lucky I got out at all!"
―Naist, H1-0N and Jet Kordo after their failed heist[1]

Naist was an individual[1] who by 3 ABY,[2] had joined a group that was planning a heist on the Hutt Cartel crime syndicate. The group consisted of the consisted of the smuggler Jet Kordo, the droid H1-0N, the Rodian bounty hunter Raatha and an individual named Dorhal. Unbeknownst to Naist, Dorhal betrayed the crew and shared their plans with the Hutts before the heist. This resulted in heist target's security being moved inside; preventing Raatha from covering Naist during the heist and Naist suffering a number of injuries.[1]

Following the heist, an injured Naist made their way to the crew's vault in the South Jundland Wastes on the planet Tatooine. Kordo and H1-0N later joined Naist at the vault after discovering Dorhal's betrayal. While H1-0N assessed Naist's injuries, Naist and Kordo began to argue over Naist's cut from the heist. The heated exchange quickly led to blaster fire which resulted in the destruction of H1-0N. Upset by the lose of H1-0N, Kordo took the droid's remains to a his vault on the moon Toshara; leaving Naist behind.[1]
