Gugverms were a type of vicious creature which lived in the slums of Nar Shaddaa,[1] an Outer Rim moon.[2] In his youth, the human Malakili trained gugverms to stop stealing from food stores. With time, the creatures became his pets, friends, and protectors.[1]
