Grus

Grus was a Klatooinian pilot and pirate in a pirate group that was allied with the Mother of the Path of the Open Hand cult. The Mother kept them allied with her by giving them information on where the best raids could happen.[1] In 382 BBY,[2] the Mother sent Path member Binnot Ullo to organize the pirate group to break Axel Greylark out of the Republic Correctional Facility on Pipyyr. Grus piloted a cargo ship that successfully retrieved Greylark, before Grus piloted the ship to the moon Jedha to drop off Ullo and Greylark. Grus also successfully shot down a Galactic Republic Pathfinder ship that had been following them to try and recapture Greylark.[1]
