The Geonosian sonic blaster was a rifle-like[5] sonic blaster manufactured by Gordarl Weaponsmiths. It was the standard sidearm of Geonosians, like the Geonosian warriors. The blasters fired sonic waves of energy[1] that could stun, or if on full power, shatter every bone in the blast radius, effectively eliminating the target.[5]
By the time of the Cold War, the Geonosian sonic blaster was modified to fire blaster bolts and had a stock near the grip. These were wielded by several individuals like Narb, Nod,[6] Grevel,[7] and Lechee.[8]
