Frozian

Frozians were a sentient species^[1] from the Froz system.^[3] The High Republic Era Jedi Nooranbakarakana was a member of the species.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Frozians were originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity in the 1995 novel Ambush at Corellia, written by Roger MacBride Allen as the first installment of Star Wars: The Corellian Trilogy,^[4] and were first illustrated by artist Storn Cook in Cracken's Threat Dossier, a 1997 supplement to Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.^[5] In the current Star Wars canon, Frozians first appeared in the 2021 novel The High Republic: The Rising Storm by Cavan Scott^[1] and were first pictured in the ninth issue of the comic series Star Wars: The High Republic, which was written by Scott, illustrated by Ario Anindito, and published by Marvel Comics^[2] on September 1, 2021.^[6]
