A male individual who lived during the High Republic Era was the husband of Republic Defense Coalition Lieutenant Franek. Prior to the Galactic Republic's evacuation of the Outer Rim planet Palagosal[1] between 230 BBY and 228 BBY,[2] the man had wanted to visit the planet to go to a luxury rainforest resort.[1] In 228 BBY,[2] Franek recalled his husband's desire to visit the resort when speaking with several Jedi, Republic Defense Coalition personnel, and Republic Senator Rina Greylark about why the Nihil pirates would be drawn to the world.[1]

Behind the scenes

Franek's husband was mentioned in the 2024 junior novel The High Republic: Beware the Nameless, written by Zoraida Córdova and published as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase III.[3]
