"We scanned the fourth moon before our arrival. Tensu Run was not there."
―The Grand Inquisitor to a Diagu[2]

The fouth moon was one of at least four that orbited the astronomical object Targyon.[2] Between 14 BBY and 9 BBY,[3] the Galactic Empire scanned the moon in order to locate Jedi Knight Tensu Run. The Empire was unable to locate the Jedi on the moon so they interrogated the Diagu on Targyon. One of the Diagu stated he heard Run say he was going to the fourth moon. The Grand Inquisitor knew this was a lie and had the Diagu executed for not complying.[2]
