Wampa cave (history - links - logs - delete - protect)

This is the wampa cave from The Empire Strikes Back, but there is nothing inherently notable or significant about it other than its out-of-universe recognition. As the author of the wampa article, I can say with authority that wampa caves are typically temporary domiciles that are regularly abandoned as wampas move on to more fertile hunting grounds, and this article subject gives no indication that it's any different. This cave is specifically different from things like the Ice Claw Wampa Den, the Ice Behemoth Cave, and Wampa Valley, which are significant examples of permanent, named caves and/or wampa dens that housed multiple wampas. 1. Seem pretty significant to me. <-Omicron(Leave a message at the BEEP!) 20:06, January 12, 2015 (UTC)
    • Just because it appears in a film and Luke Skywalker hung out in it for a little while doesn't mean it needs to have an article. It's a cave. That's it. I've demonstrated examples of caves and wampa dens that are deserving of articles for specific reasons: They have in-universe names and were demonstrably permanent structures. This cave meets neither criteria. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 20:19, January 12, 2015 (UTC)
    • #I'm hesitant to vote delete just because of the possibility someone looks it up, BECAUSE of its OOU notability. Perhaps adding information here about wampa caves in general, as well as this cave specifically? Manoof (talk) 01:36, January 13, 2015 (UTC)
      • That makes absolutely no sense. We've never maintained an in-universe article because it has out-of-universe notability, and even if such a concept existed, it certainly wouldn't need to apply to something as trivial as this. And we don't need an article on wampa caves. This information is already covered in the Wampa article. Do we also need an article on tree forts for the same reason because Ewoks lived in them and fans are familiar with the concept? Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 01:53, January 13, 2015 (UTC)
        • Unidentified head-bumping stormtrooper - kept because it's 'notability' was it bumped it's head, and fans recognise it. Manoof (talk) 02:05, January 13, 2015 (UTC)
          • That subject was never "kept." It was never nominated for deletion in the first place, and its existence is questionable at best. An anon even questioned why it's an article on its talk page. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 02:16, January 13, 2015 (UTC)
