Unidentified 501st stormtrooper (first casualty) (talk - history - links - logs - delete - protect)
This is a different case, for, while he has no notability whatsoever in the Legends continuity, he's got a bit more notability in the Inifinities comic Trooper. Otherwise, just a random stormtrooper who appears for one second and is immediately shot, with nothing else established about the character other than the fact that clones in the 501st Legion made up all the stormies in that scene. As the RotJ Emperor's Throne Room Royal Guards who were Tag and Bink in that non-canon comic don't get subsequent articles. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 17:08, May 12, 2015 (UTC)Per my comments below. Keep
- Seems to play enough of a role in the comic that I'm ok keeping it even though it's not canon. Ayrehead02 (talk) 17:05, May 12, 2015 (UTC)
- Since I was confused on this myself until I took the time to look into it, I think it bears pointing out for the sake of total clarification that you may be confusing this TC subject with this guy, who is the main character of that comic. This TC subject doesn't actually do anything in the comic, which I think is the point of this nomination. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 17:09, May 12, 2015 (UTC)
Are the facts on the article incorrect then? That is, that this particular trooper was a sergeant, in charge of the boarding party, and had the conversation with Vader? I ask because if they are correct, that combined with the number of appearances would make me inclined to vote keep. Manoof (talk) 10:14, May 13, 2015 (UTC)After thinking about this a bit more, I do agree with Hanzo on account that information, whether correct or not, is still infinities, and not even canon in the eyes of legends. - Ok, Manoof, you've made me look at this again, and now my mind is changed because what you said in your first comment there is absolutely right. I didn't understand the BTS section's explanation well enough and thought that the comic's protagonist was the sergeant, but it's actually this guy. Whether or not the Trooper comic is non-canon is irrelevant. There is more than enough BTS information here to warrant keeping this article. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 14:20, May 13, 2015 (UTC)
- Per above objections. - AV-6R7User talk:AV-6R7 14:47, May 13, 2015 (UTC)

- I am now convinced to keep this article. Based on his having a greater role in that Infinities comic, I was already undecided with this article, and have been persuaded by above reasons. Hanzo Hasashi (talk) 14:05, May 14, 2015 (UTC)
- I'd like to pretend I knew what I was talking about, but seems I fluked it... Manoof (talk) 09:21, May 15, 2015 (UTC)
