Template:SWSB (history - links - logs - delete - protect)

The Star Wars Soundboard is an outdated and archaic feature from StarWars.com that I'm willing to bet their webmaster doesn't even realize still exists. It still advertises TCW as being available on Netflix, for example. I'm nominating this template for deletion because its usage is trivial. All it does is link to generic and often incomplete audio clips, which we typically present in higher quality anyways on our articles via our quote templates (see TIE/sh VIP shuttle, for example). This template was nice back in 2011, but our own wiki capabilities have surpassed whatever value this thing once had. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 22:51, January 23, 2020 (UTC)

  • I don't hold any special attachment to this template, as the creator. It served its purpose for a while when it was created, but it is outdated now.
