Imperial Starfighter Corps (talk - history - links - logs)

Okay, this page has existed for quite a while, but I have yet to see any evidence whatsoever for the existence of a starfighter corps outside of the Imperial Navy. There's a vague quote from the Imperial Sourcebook that might suggest an elite corps *within* the Navy, but is just as easily read as describing TIE pilots in general as being elite. Moreover, most of the "facts" in this article (such as Baron Soontir Fel being in this Corps, rather than within the Navy) are definitely inaccurate. Without someone bringing forward some concrete evidence justifying it, I see no reason to continue keeping what appears to be a giant wad of fanon on the site. jSarek 07:30, 1 July 2008 (UTC)
