I've recently taken a look at the Bungo n' Rusti comic series, and the story with them, in three words or slightly more, is that one of them, "Bungo n' Rusti Get Carry-Out," was published in Star Wars Adventure Journal 11, and then the others in the series never did get published since apparently at the time only Dark Horse Comics held the license to publish comics that were anything other than small one-shot strips.
"ComicScan: Comics That Almost Were" — Star Wars Galaxy Collector 4 mentions one of these unpublished comics, "101 Battle Neks," by name:
- "So a second installment, entitled 101 Battle Neks (spoofing both STAR WARS and Disney's 101 Dalmatians), never saw print."
So, as far as I can see, "101 Battle Neks" is completely eligible for having an article of its own since that's what we generally do with canceled Star Wars products.
However, the problem is that we were never officially given the titles of the rest of the would-be comic strips. The author, Jim Anderson, went on to publish other Bungo n' Rusti comics on TheForce.net (really unhelpfully, in the site's "Fan Comics" section), with most of them incorporating relatively more modern computer graphics techniques than were available for publication in the Adventure Journal. Unfortunately, it was never made explicitly clear that the comic stories published on TFN are indeed the same ones that would have been published in Adventure Journal.
The community recently decided to largely not cover material from the Encounters duology on the grounds that it was basically impossible to determine how much of it was officially approved and how much - the author's own unofficial addition. With that in mind, unfortunately I can't really justify keeping articles for these comic stories (as fun as they are!), either. I do, however, propose redirecting to the main series article, instead of outright deleting them, since their publishing status is iffy and people might still try and look them up on Wookieepedia.
