- I know they didn't get much screen time but they still appeared in the episodes regardless. For example R2-J8 didn't get much screen time but it has it's own page. So I don't know why we can't give these droids they're own pages. At least until they are given names in canon they should remain on the wiki. Elijah Palmer(talk) 21:21, 2 November (EST)
- The thing with R2-J8 is that it's a named character. Creating a page for an unnamed character that didn't do any notable actions in a single episode will clutter the appearance list and Wook overall for no reason. Arguments can be made if the character got some kind of official coverage like the astromech in Boba Fett's Palace or appeared multiple times consistently like the drummer droid in Garsa's Sanctuary that I proposed. - Adding onto wha Bonzane said, if these are the subjects currently under TC, it's up to community vote at this point. That isn't to say discussion of it is pointless or unnecessary, but the TC cannot be prevented or undone as it is. (TCs CAN be reversed but only via a greater majority vote than the one it's reversing, and only after a hefty ampunt of time since the first vote.) - Thannus (DFaceG) (he/him) (talk) 02:17, 3 November 2023 (UTC)
- Unless these characters have notable actions or dialogue, we don't need pages for them. It's just not feasable to create a page for every single unidentified character who appears. But if they are ever given names in canon, then the pages can definitely be recreated. Rsand 30 (talk) 02:57, 3 November 2023 (UTC)
- The green astromech that was in Citadel Rescue also was in Victory and Death bumping into an R5 unit. Is that notable? Elijah Palmer(talk) 23:01, 2 November (EST)
- There is no proof or source that claims both to be the same droid currently. Just because they share the same physical appearance doesn't make them one character. That's speculation. Bonzane10

- Responding to your question about notability. For me, notable action or dialogue is if the subject does something that helps the narrative or plot of the episode (and other media) forward. I wouldn't count a simple bump notable in any way. Bonzane10

- Per Thannus and Bonzane, we don't cover unidentified subjects unless they have significant dialogue, appear consistently multiple times or are uniquely described. Also, we can't assume that just because two astromech droids look the same they are the same droid, it could be just a similar-looking one. ThrawnChiss7
