Greetings fellow Wookieepedians. File:ElitePraetorianGuardBilariWhip-SWBC24.png from Bust Collection 24, which shows the whip activated, has a counterpart of the image with the whip deactivated in The Last Jedi - The Official Guide. There isn't room for both images, so I've taken them and created a looping gif showing the whip deactivated and activated. I put it on a test page to show what it would look like in the Bilari electro-chain whip page.

Per this CT, a CT is needed to approve the use of a GIF, so here we are.
