Hiya, Bringing forward the smallest of additions to the Wookieepedia:Review board recruitment page for codification, following internal discussion among board members on adding it.

The proposed addition one would be a one line addendum to the end of 3. Review activity levels which would read:

The review boards reserve the right to remove a user from the recruitment lists if they have not reviewed at least one article for the respective board's nomination page in the last six months. An editor may reapply at any time.

Primary logic behind this not being a stringent rule, but allowing boards to clean out the list after extended periods of time—particularly if someone has left the site, and is uncontactable/disinterested in pursuing membership. One review per half year would be a very loose determiner still indicating the editor wishes to continue seeking admittance while also helping the boards keep track of who we should be actively seeking to mentor and check up on; and, a user can re-add themselves at any time, preferably when able to dedicate the time necessary to the process.—spookywillowwtalk 19:05, 11 December 2023 (UTC)
