At the last Mofference, we instituted new activity requirements for administrators and Bureaucrats, the latter of which are now required to make "at least 500 total edits in the mainspace, Wookieepedia:, Template:, and MediaWiki: namespaces in any six-month span, excepting prior explanation of inactivity." (Rule is found in Wookieepedia:Administrators#Activity requirements)

However, I believe there is an unfair oversight in that policy. Not included are the File: and Category: namespaces, which are certainly no less important. Many users predominantly work with images, for example, so their contributions should not be discounted.

Therefore, I am proposing a simple fix to this policy clause: Bureaucrats must make at least 500 total edits combined in the mainspace, Wookieepedia:, File:, MediaWiki:, Template:, and Category: namespaces in any six-month span, excepting prior explanation of inactivity.
