Wookieepedia has so far not addressed what I find a valid issue of whether to include the many preexisting BTS-exclusive sources in Canon articles. I'm talking about sources that only have scripts, stuff about the making of the films, etc. such as Star Wars: The Annotated Screenplays. The same question would also apply to non-fiction Insider articles before 149, which wasn't discussed during the most recent Mofference. Stuff like The Men Who Built the Empire and More than a Hobbie! are purely behind the scenes interviews, with no new info for the Star Wars universe. Even though they existed before the Great Canon Purge, I see no reason not to count those sources in Canon articles, and think that, much like the StarWars.com pages before that fateful day, they should be included in the sources lists for Canon and Legends articles alike. Oppose (Sources remain Legends-only)
- Uh, I don't agree with this, and my objection is mostly a logistical one. There's nothing wrong with citing this stuff in the BTS, but listing this in the Canon Sources list would be an absolute nightmare trying to figure out on a case-by-case basis what applies and what doesn't. It's just easier to draw the line at April 25, 2014. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 03:00, July 31, 2014 (UTC)

- That was sort of my question at the latest Mofference, and I accept the reasoning behind it. Corellian Premier
