Moving Forum:SH:The 'de facto' field in the government template to a vote; see there for more elaborate reasoning and discussion.

The current use of the 'de facto' field in Template:Government is inconsistent, and is often used to name a specific individual who has an official title as head of state or government. As a de facto leader does not, by definition, have an official title as head of state or government, I propose removing the field entirely, as any information it is currently being used for can go elsewhere.
