Fondue[2] was a dish in which, with a specific type of fork, various sorts of food could be dipped in a pot filled with sauce before eaten. It could be enjoyed and shared among people in a social setting.[1]

Fondue was depicted in "Harvest," the third episode of the second season of the Disney+ live-action series Star Wars: Andor, which was released on Disney+[1] on April 22, 2025.[3] The dish name was later revealed to be the same as the real-world fondue.[2]
