Fondor Belt III was an asteroid belt located in the Fondor system in the Freeworlds Territory portion of the Tapani sector, within the Southern Core portion of the Colonies. The asteroid belt occupied the fifth orbital position around the star Fondor. Along with the rest of its star system, it was located along the Gandeal-Fondor Hyperlane,[1] with another hyperspace route also connecting it to the Sefon system.[2]

Fondor Belt III was mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square L-13.[1]
