- "He sold me out. We got into trouble on Fimster. Left me for dead. But I don't need him. I'm going to get myself an army. Whatever it takes."
- ―Andrik Keller, on the Frizznoth Nihil
Fimster was a terrestrial astronomical object[3] located in the Fimster system within[2] the Inner Rim that was situated in grid square L-14 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] It shared its name with the location known as the Fimster Quadrant.[4]
In 231 BBY,[5] as he sought to rescue his former Tempest Runner Lourna Dee from Galactic Republic custody after the Battle of Galov, the Er'Kit Nihil pirate Andrik Keller caught up with a Frizznoth Nihil who had also served in Dee's Tempest on[3] the Mid Rim planet[6] Cerea. Eventually, the two made their way to Fimster where they got into trouble, with the Frizznoth leaving Keller for dead. The Er'Kit survived and left Fimster.[3] Later that year,[5] Keller traveled to[3] the Outer Rim[1] Ash Worlds planet Sran and told the former Tempest Runner Pan Eyta, who was also looking for Dee, about his time on Fimster.[3]
Behind the scenes
Fimster was first mentioned in The High Republic: Tempest Runner, a 2021 audio drama written by Cavan Scott and published as a part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[7] Phase I.[8] The spelling of the celestial body's name was later confirmed with the release of the audio drama's script in 2022.[3]
