Biology and appearance

This sentient species was distinguished by their hunched postures and spindly limbs, with dark wrinkled skin, as well as elongated craniums, squinted eyes, and pointed chins.[1]

In 5 BBY, a trio of member of this species were enjoying the beaches of the planet Niamos when Cassian Jeron Andor was wrongly arrested by the Galactic Empire.[1] In 1 BBY, a member of the species named Faiza was a patient at Lina Soh Hospital.[2]

This species first appeared in the seventh episode of the television series Andor, directed by Benjamin Caron.[1] This species' finalized maquettes were created by concept artist and sculptor Ivan Manzella,[3] first showcased in the 2020 Star Wars: Andor - Official First Look Trailer.[4]
