"Super Sith team, attack!"
Count Dooku — 20?cb=20250116042720 ▶️ (file info)[1]

The "Super Sith team" was a group within the Executive Separatist Council, the governing body of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.[1] In 20 BBY[4] the Executive Separatist Council obtained secret battle plans of the Galactic Republic. However, the Republic undertook a mission to recover the plans, causing them to attack a Geonosis droid factory that the Council was having a meeting in. During the fight, the Separatist Count Dooku commanded the "Super Sith team", which consisted of him, Savage Opress, Asajj Ventress, General Grievous, and Archduke Poggle the Lesser to attack the Jedi. However, the astromech droid R2-D2 escaped with the plans and destroyed the factory.[1] Between 4 ABY and 5 ABY[5] The Official Stormtrooper Training Manual, a handbook written to train stormtrooper cadets, featured an image of the Super Sith team.[6]

Behind the scenes

The "Super Sith team" first appeared in "Crisis on Coruscant," an episode of LEGO Star Wars: Droid Tales. Despite its name, only one member of the team was a Sith.[1]
