Hadros was a planet of the Outer Rim Territories that was rich in ore deposits. Supposedly,[1] at some point after the year 29 ABY,[4] Ambassador Slokin blackmailed the ambassador of Hadros into providing him access to the ore deposits of Hadros, which had not yet been claimed by the First Order.[1]

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary dates the public formation of the First Order to five years after the Starkiller Incident, dated to 34 ABY by Star Wars: Galactic Atlas. As such, the First Order must have been publicly formed in 29 ABY, and "Buyer Beware" must be set no earlier than that year.
