Star Wars Manga: Return of the Jedi 1

Star Wars Manga: Return of the Jedi 1 is the first volume in the Return of the Jedi manga series. It was illustrated by Shin-Ichi Hiromoto and was based upon the original story by George Lucas. It was adapted from the screenplay by George Lucas and Lawrence Kasdan.

C-3PO and R2-D2 deliver a mesage and a "gift" to the imfamous kingpin of crime, Jabba the Hutt. Afterwards, Leia Organa, Chewbacca, and Luke Skywalker begin their attempt to rescue Han Solo who's frozen in carbonite. Jabba feeds Luke to the Rancor, but the Jedi kills the beast and Jabba orders them to be fed to the Sarlacc. However, Luke has other plans.
