"They come every fifty years, during the time of our total eclipse…I'm old enough to remember the last time they were here. It was a joyous occasion, just as it's always been throughout our history. The eclipse is a time of celebration, where the lands of the living and the dead are one."
―The leader[1]

An individual led a group of the resident species on the planet Ridlay. The leader had been alive for the total eclipse on Ridlay fifty years before the following one during the Clone Wars. Though the eclipses were celebrated on Ridlay due to the presence of beings that the planet's inhabitants believed were ghosts, the eclipse during the Clone Wars saw the beings attack the residents, driving them from their homes and into hiding. When Jedi Master Mace Windu arrived on Ridlay to investigate the planet's lack of communications, Ridlay's residents sent Agon to warn him of the ghosts and bring him back to their shelter, where Windu spoke to the leader. Doubting that the beings were truly ghosts, Windu wished to investigate the Ascension Well, where the spirits had risen from, and the leader sent Agon to guide him.[1]

  2. "Separation Anxiety Part One" takes place after the Clone Wars begins in Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, but before Ponds' death in "Lethal Trackdown." Star Wars: Galactic Atlas places Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones in 22 BBY, while Star Wars Helmet Collection: Commander Ponds Highlights of the Saga: The End of Endurance dates the events of "Lethal Trackdown" to 21 BBY. Therefore, "Separation Anxiety Part One" must take place between 22 BBY and 21 BBY. The comic establishes that the Ridlay leader was alive for the previous eclipse fifty years prior, meaning that the leader must have been born no later than 71 BBY.
