"A colorist basically takes the black and white art, scans it in and adds color to the black and white art in a program called Photoshop. Brad Anderson, our colorist on Star Wars, is an example of an excellent colorist who can deal with any of the effects we come up with, even the washes and rendered grayscale work, which is very tricky to color."
Dan Parsons[2]

Brad Anderson, also known under the pseudonym Joe Wayne,[3] is a colorist artist who has created covers for the Star Wars: Republic and Star Wars: Legacy comic book series. He is from Kenora, Ontario, and he attended The Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art, Inc. in New Jersey.[1]
