Fermented kelp-ichor was a culinary preparation favored by the Crolutes, a sentient species native to the Mid Rim planet of Crul. Prepared by an alpha Crolute's concubines and junior spouses, fermented kelp-ichor was consumed by Crolute clan leaders at an alpha's mansion, as the leaders engaged in diplomatic and trade discussions while floating on their backs in the mansion's immersion tank.[1]
