The Feather Nebula was a nebula in the Mid Rim that was the site of a battle during the Galactic Empire's retaking of the region in 17 BBY. It would later be documented in the holodrama The Charge at Feather Nebula.

Behind the scenes

The name of the nebula and the battle that takes place there is a reference to the Western film The Charge at Feather River, which was the first instance of the Wilhelm scream.
