Falaco Don-DeMardo was the male general manager of the Marqua Spas on the planet Gailea. After his assistant manager, Tarin DeHallo, booked a Human performer that shocked guests with a vulgar display of the Floubette dance at the Marqua Spas Grand Ball, Don-DeMardo fired her.
