Explosive knife

Explosive knives^[2] were a type of knives used by Riff Tamson during the Clone Wars.^[1]

History

During the final conflict of the Battle of Mon Cala, Riff Tamson of the Confederacy of Independent Systems used four explosive knives on two Mon Cala soldiers, one Quarren soldier, and one Gungan soldier, killing them all in the process.^[1]

Tamson later engaged Prince Lee-Char, with Lee-Char stealing one explosive knife and activating its blade before stabbing Tamson with it by throwing it at him like a spear. Unable to remove the knife, Tamson decided to charge instead, giving Lee-Char the opportunity to shoot the detonator and kill Tamson, avenging the death of his father.^[1]
