Everett was a company that produced the Mark IV Locomotion System. The R2 series astromech droid R2-D2 was equipped with an Everett Mark IV Locomotion System.[1]
Behind the scenes
Everett was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in the 2018 reference book Star Wars: The Complete Visual Dictionary, New Edition.[1] The company originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was created for the 2006 reference book Star Wars: The Complete Visual Dictionary. The company's name is a reference to Dave Everett, founder of the Artoo Builders Club in Australia.[2]
