The Etti were a sentient species of near-Humans who were originally native to the Galactic Core.
Biology and appearance
Etti had pale skin and delicate frames; their general appearance was very lanky.[1]
Society and culture
The Etti had a strong isolationist culture which lead them to exorcise themselves from the Galactic Republic. They mainly concerned themselves with physical appearance and the accumulation of wealth. They prided themselves on their skills in land and resource management.[1]
History
They fled persecution in the Core Worlds and resettled on Etti approximately twenty thousand years prior to the Battle of Yavin. They used terraforming and advanced bioengineering to make their homeworld idyllic.[1]
The Corporate Sector Authority approached the Etti and offered them control of an entire system if they would relocate to Etti IV and transform it into a vacation world. The species agreed and most of them relocated to the new planet.[1]
Etti in the galaxy
Notable Etti include Seyyerin Itoklo, a Jedi Knight who died during the Yuuzhan Vong War; Swori Mdimu, a Peace Brigadier in the same war; and Wumdi, a Black Sun Vigo. Grand Admiral Danetta Pitta was part Etti.
