Espresso Martinis were an alcoholic cocktail that were brown in color and consumable by humans. The drink was available to guests on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon[1] in 34 ABY.[3] On board the starship, it was served as a "morning concoction"[1] in the Crown of Corellia Dining Room during breakfast and lunch,[2] and in the Sublight Lounge.[1]
Behind the scenes
Espresso Martinis were available at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[4] The out-of-universe beverage is made with vodka, cream liqueur, vanilla, and espresso.[1] Espresso Martinis were last served at the hotel during the September 28–30 voyage of 2023, the final voyage before the closure of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.[5]
