Elkeenar was a rocky wasteland planet located in the Penagosis system[2] in Wild Space, in grid square K-21 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] While a member of the Spice Runners of Kijimi, Poe Dameron visited the Marimkes Mountains on Elkeenar with Tomasso.[2]

Behind the scenes

The novel Poe Dameron: Free Fall places Elkeenar in the Outer Rim Territories,[2] though this placing was later changed by the "Star Systems of the Galaxy" appendix, which placed it in Wild Space.[1]
