Electronic countermeasures was an electronic system designed to fool sensors into reading wrong or no information.[2] The SecuriCase carrying cases utilized by the Regal Voyager passenger line were equipped with strong electronic countermeasures. When Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi, brought several items recovered from the Jedi Order outpost on Ord Jannak to Jedi Master Eeth Koth in a Regal Voyager case, Koth remarked on the electronic countermeasures.[1]
